Pre-Intermediate Tumbling
Pre-Intermediate Tumbling focuses on fine-tuning beginner tumbling skills with an emphasis on proper form, technique, and body posture. By building a strong foundation and solid fundamentals, athletes gain the tools they need to become confident and successful tumblers.

Intermediate Tumbling
Intermediate Tumbling is designed for athletes who have mastered running round-offs, can perform a backbend kick-over, and can successfully complete a back handspring on the floor. Intermediate tumblers will continue building power and technique while working on running round-off back handsprings, tucks, aerials, punch fronts, and more.

Advance Tumbling
Advanced Tumblers must be able to perform a running round-off back handspring to tuck or layout, as well as a running front walkover or punch front.
Advanced tumblers will focus on standing tucks and fulls, and will continue progressing layouts, fulls, and double fulls.
